Programme
The Scientific and Technical Committee, under the chairmanship of Liam Kielthy, has been busy preparing an exciting and informative programme, incorporating key trends and major issues currently affecting the parking sector, under the Congress theme of ‘Parking and Urban Mobility’.
Highlights of the programme include the first presentation in Europe of the results of the innovative SF Park in San Francisco; an interactive debate on retail parking entitled ‘Is Paid Parking Killing the High Street’; a comparative review of Parking Enforcement Policies in different European markets; and the presentation of the results of an extensive Data Collection Project on the European Parking Market.

Social Programme
All full delegates are entitiled to a ticket to the welcome reception, gala dinner/dance and entertainment.
Dublin represents an ideal and desirable location for hosting the 2013 EPA Congress and is the perfect reason to visit this vibrant, historic and attractive city. The organisers are currently finalising an exciting Social Programme for delegates and their partners to ensure that they gain the maximum enjoyment from their trip to Dublin and the programme will include literary tours of the Irish capital, opportunities to explore the city and its surrounds, and a gala dinner experience with a difference!
Delegates can also take part in some guided tours (this is an additional cost) including County Wicklow – the ‘Garden of Ireland’, Glendalough, and Dublin city.
